Refund policy
In the event you are not satisfied with your purchase, we provide a 30-day return and exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as it was when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need your order number that was emailed to you after your purchase and printed on the packing slip within your package.
*Funko POP!: We take great care to ensure each figure is in the best condition possible when we ship it to you. Slight blemishes to Funko POP! figures or packaging are not grounds for a refund. Ordering 5 or more of the same Funko POP!, even if in separate orders, is considered a bulk purchase and refunds or exchanges will not be accepted.
To start a return or exchange, please visit our self-serve return portal. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return or exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will assist in correcting any mistakes and provide refunds when deemed appropriate.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items stated as Final Sale and E- Gift Cards. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on worn or washed garments.
*Slurpee Cup Halloween Costume: Unworn costumes in the original packaging may be returned if postmarked before 10/23/23. No returns will be accepted after 10/24/23.

Refunds
The fastest way to initiate a return is to visit our self-serve return portal to see if your item(s) qualify for a refund. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
